🗑️ Account Deletion – Activest App


Activest is a fitness platform developed by SoftNest Solutions. This page explains how users can request the deletion of their account and personal data.



✅ How to Request Account Deletion:


You can request account deletion directly from the Activest app:

1. Open the app
2. Go to Profile → About the App → Feedback
3. Submit a message with the subject: “Delete My Account”
4. Our support team will process your request within 5 business days

Alternatively, you may email us at: info@softnest.solutions with the subject: Delete My Account.

Please include the email address associated with your Activest profile.



📦 What Will Be Deleted:


Once your request is confirmed, we will delete:

• Your account credentials (email, name)
• Training history and personal progress
• Earned in-app currency (Activ) and achievements

📁 What May Be Retained Temporarily:


For legal or technical reasons, we may retain:

• Payment history or invoices for up to 6 months
• Anonymous analytical data (without identifying details)

All personal data will be fully deleted within 30 days of the request.
